This role will involve learning our process for servicing existing clients, developing relationships to acquire new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. As you master our systems and process, you will become an expert in training and developing your team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This is a paid weekly position with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise team activity and results, prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
