Position Overview

Noblesoft Solutions is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position designed for candidates who are available to work on a W2 basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor various work queues within our Salesforce platform, focusing on data analysis cases that may require thorough investigation and research.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and requestors to address inquiries and facilitate communication.
  • Assist in the testing of new Salesforce tool initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct Salesforce data integrity audits, which include writing basic SQL queries, utilizing Excel formulas, and generating Salesforce reports, followed by data loading into the Salesforce system.
  • Provide backup support to the team by creating ad-hoc Salesforce reports as necessary.
  • Once fully onboarded, contribute to the maintenance and development of processes involving Tableau and/or Alteryx, a data automation tool.
