Overview

Youth Villages is a national leader in the implementation of research-based treatment philosophies in the field of children's mental and behavioral health. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our high-performing IT team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment, working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, deploy, and support business processes.
  • Execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations, and work with end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization, and facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
  • Produce functional, technical and system design documentation, and provide expert support to end users in managing system and process changes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably at a non-profit, in lieu of degree is acceptable.
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification preferred.
