Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at Smart IT Frame LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Design and implement Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
  • Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and data model
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative features, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect)
  • Experience with other CRM systems or cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and custom component development
  • Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes for Salesforce
