Project Coordinator Role

PacifiCorp is seeking a customer-centric Project Coordinator to support the growth and sustainability of our commitment to customer service excellence, environmental sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities in an effective sequence by monitoring tasks, timelines, and expenditures.
• Compile, organize, and summarize data from multiple sources; monitor and track processes to ensure their execution within defined parameters.
• Determine schedules and availability of resources and materials.
• Ensure activities are performed in accordance with contract, corporate, and regulatory agency requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience in project-related work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all organizational levels as a team member.
• Proficient with the use of personal computers, including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management processes.
• Understanding of Hydro licensing, Endangered Species Act, and Clean Water Act.
• Working knowledge of SAP (Budget/Procurement/work management).
• Experience in a natural resource agency, environmental firm, or energy firm.
