About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join our team at Skyworks. As a key member of our Module Design Team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art PA, RF switches, LNAs and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture, develop, verify, and productize SOI IC in module solutions
  • Chip Level planning, design and tape-out schedule management
  • Management of design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance
  • Lead and guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing
Requirements
  • Hands on design experience in a variety of high-performance Analog and RF products
  • In-depth RF design experience, such as switch and LNA, in SOI with Cadence and ADS
  • Expertise with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
  • Strong understanding of IC design flow, full life-cycle experience on multiple products
  • Knowledge of digital communication systems
  • Good communication and leadership skills
