Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join our Module Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, verifying, and productizing SOI IC in module solutions. Your expertise in RF/Microwave IC design, particularly in SOI with Cadence and ADS, will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge PA, RF switches, LNAs, and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop SOI IC in module solutions
  • Manage design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance
  • Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing
Requirements
  • Hands-on design experience in high-performance Analog and RF products
  • In-depth RF design experience, such as switch and LNA, in SOI with Cadence and ADS
  • Expertise with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
  • Strong understanding of IC design flow and full life-cycle experience on multiple products
  • Knowledge of digital communication systems
  • Good communication and leadership skills
