Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at 3TG Staffing Solutions as a Program Director. This is an exciting opportunity to manage programs and strategic initiatives for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and completing programs on time within budget and within scope. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and correspond regularly with colleagues and external partners.
  • Plan and supervise current programs, and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Participate in program meetings and propose improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation and prioritization of programs based on organizational needs and goals.
  • Facilitate the coordination and completion of programs on time within budget and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Experience writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • 3+ years of experience with coordination of cross-functional teams and completion of programs on time within budget and within scope.
  • Event planning and oversight. Budget planning responsibility.
  • Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required; experience with Adobe Acrobat (creating/editing pdfs for marketing) strongly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience; or a combination of education and related experience (program coordination, program management, business operations, human resources and / or event planning)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
