This role collaborates closely with the Laboratory Director and the CEO/Founder to achieve research and development objectives while managing intricate testing methodologies. Additionally, the position entails formulating scalable testing protocols, maintaining quality assurance, and effectively communicating research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Employ specialized software to analyze and interpret experimental results.
- Content Development: Author clinical reports, articles, white papers, blogs, and conference presentations.
- Findings Communication: Disseminate insights to the research team and clinical advisors.
- Research Presentation: Present findings at webinars and national conferences.
- Literature Review: Remain informed on relevant peer-reviewed studies.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Protect all test results and patient information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Endocrinology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Extensive background in hormone research and clinical laboratory environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ELISA, mass spectrometry, HPLC, or comparable techniques.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Familiarity with bioinformatics and statistical analysis software.
