Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

At StandardAero, we are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our aircraft maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technicians and ensure that maintenance work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that maintenance operations are conducted within budget.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that maintenance work meets industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic in corporate aviation, with a focus on Embraer aircraft.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and industry standards.
