Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

StandardAero is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our aircraft maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technicians and ensure that maintenance work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as an A&P Mechanic in corporate aviation working with Embraer.
  • Experience leading or supervising a team.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple activities to achieve quality maintenance within established timeframes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think clearly and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work outside of designated work hours, as well as weekends and overtime.
