Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team in Portland, ME. This is a contract opportunity with an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating complex 3D designs, producing detailed working plans and drawings, and collaborating with the Engineering team to design electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.

Requirements
  • Hold practiced knowledge of industry-standard design software (AutoCAD family of products)
  • Prepare complex and difficult working plans, detail drawings, schematics, dimensional representations, and as-built records
  • Develop and arrange layouts, including PFDs, P&IDs, scaled equipment layouts, and equipment details
