We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements:




  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • 18 years or older
