Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One year with a Bachelor's degree, or five years without.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, facilities management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in corporate or higher education settings.
  • Desired Skills: Excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise.

Physical Demands: This role requires frequent movement and occasional light lifting.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000.
