ATech Placement is seeking a skilled Technology Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing technological solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our client delivers outstanding technology consulting, implementation, and streamlined shared services across various brands. A key aspect of this position is to foster visibility and collaboration among all brands regarding specific systems or business processes. The Technology Systems Analyst will gain insights into each brand's system capabilities and work towards unifying their approaches, sharing insights, and establishing a cohesive technology roadmap and priorities, particularly when engaging with essential vendors or partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with brands to comprehend their distinct challenges and objectives related to specific business capabilities, offering technology advisory services, troubleshooting business systems issues, and identifying potential enhancements.
  • Lead requirements gathering and process mapping sessions, utilizing effective interviewing techniques to elicit, identify, and document business needs.
  • Document functional business requirements, create process flow diagrams, and develop comprehensive business cases.
  • Formulate and implement a detailed technology capability roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of the brands.
  • Oversee the assessment and recommendation of advanced technologies, tools, and methodologies to address specific challenges faced by brands in relation to business processes or systems.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external service providers to ensure optimal collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the most advantageous resources and services.
  • Conduct hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and process design as necessary to support ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison among technical teams, functional teams, brands, and vendors to facilitate successful implementations.
  • Perform gap analysis to evaluate current versus desired states.
  • Assess the risks associated with various solutions and articulate the implications of business challenges and benefits in clear business language.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT within a large or mid-sized multinational organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in architecture, technical, functional, or configuration roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, comprehend business strategies and processes, and seek innovative solutions to enhance business operations for both internal users and external clients.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing business relationships and integrations.
