POSITION: Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with clients to analyze and document their requirements
  • Serve as a conduit between business divisions and development teams

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience within State Government focusing on Health and Human Services
  • Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical capabilities and communication proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and various software applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of SOA frameworks
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, R or Python, and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding
  • SAFe Agilist certification
  • Certification in Business Analysis

CRITICAL SKILLS:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication skills

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Industry-recognized certification in Business Analysis
