- Collaborate closely with the project superintendent and various trades to oversee the designated scope, managing both materials and workforce effectively.
- Responsible for upholding and advocating for exceptional quality and safety protocols.
- Leverage technology, such as company-issued tablets and smartphones, to ensure timely project completion that surpasses client expectations.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire team members engaged in the assigned scope of work.
- Preferred OSHA 30 certification.
- Progressive electrical leaders who embrace technology and desire a defined career trajectory.
- Experienced field supervisor with a minimum of five (5) years managing scopes and executing multimillion-dollar projects for electrical contractors.
- Possession of an active journeyman or master electrician license is essential.
- Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and construction safety standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and writing skills are required.
