We're seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to join our team at Massage Envy Maple Grove. As a key member of our wellness community, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience to every client, every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rally a team of caring professionals to deliver outstanding service and support to every client.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of our mission.
  • Build relationships with our talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, and customer service superstars to guide, support, and inspire them.
  • Own the success of our all-star location, where clients want to be and service providers want to stay.
  • Support the Front Desk team to reach sales goals and maintain active membership growth each month.
  • Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care, and stretch.
  • Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
  • Connect clients with retail products that enhance and extend the positive impact of our services.
