- Perform laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling phone calls.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES and/or CAAHEP) - Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent - Required
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) - Required
- Previous experience in a clinical setting - Required
