We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Minnetonka.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and support staff to provide tailored instruction and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering customized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Providing instruction and support in various educational settings, including classrooms and small group sessions.
  • Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and parental involvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Valid teaching license with a specialization in special education or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with students with disabilities and diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs and learning styles.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
