Key Responsibilities
  • Skincare Services: Perform high-quality, professional skincare services that meet clients' needs, including facials, body treatments, and other services.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Operational Management: Manage all operational aspects, including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly.
  • Customer Service: Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 600 hours of skincare education, esthetics license, and 5+ years of experience as a Lead Esthetician or Spa Manager with 40+ employees.
  • Skills and Qualities: Passion for helping others, eagerness for growth, and ability to build on skincare mastery.
  • Availability: Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week and weekends, including high-traffic holidays.
