JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Creative Strategy Manager is tasked with implementing impactful marketing and branding initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee marketing initiatives and projects from conception to execution, including production, post-campaign evaluation, brand assessments, and market analysis.

Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to create innovative campaigns across various media platforms, including digital, social, and print.

Develop and manage programs aimed at positively influencing customer perceptions of Spectrum's brands. This role requires a presence in the office for four days a week, with one day allocated for hybrid work.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently support efforts to streamline and enhance the customer journey.
Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel advertising strategies to meet marketing goals.
Work alongside cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative agencies and media planners, to ensure the success of advertising campaigns.
Assist the internal Creative Studio by managing project timelines and coordinating with stakeholders. Create comprehensive marketing briefs detailing campaign objectives, target demographics, key messages, and creative specifications.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor tactics, and potential opportunities. Transform competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Analyze campaign performance to derive insights that inform marketing strategy adjustments. Manage relationships with external creative partners to enhance execution and improve efficiency while elevating creative standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to emphasize product features, advantages, and competitive differentiators. Ensure consistency and accuracy across diverse marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and feedback constructively.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of management and staff.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications.
