About Our Company: We are a leading retail brand seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. This position focuses on ensuring an exceptional customer journey, fostering the growth and training of store personnel, and upholding store standards.

Position Summary:

  • Guarantee that all team members undergo thorough training in accordance with company protocols
  • Model exemplary behavior through training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual presentation

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize outstanding customer service by consistently evaluating and guiding the team
  • Uphold visual presentation standards and ensure the cleanliness and organization of both the sales area and stockroom
  • Propel sales and profitability by achieving or surpassing store objectives
  • Ensure operational efficiency by managing payroll, implementing loss prevention strategies, and adhering to company policies
  • Exhibit sound judgment, effective communication skills, integrity, and adaptability to evolving business needs
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and willingness to undertake assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, team development, and succession planning
  • At least two years of experience in sales, profit management, team training, and development
  • Competence in utilizing a personal computer for detailed report analysis
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and remain standing for extended periods during shifts
