Key Responsibilities

  • Deep clean key areas, such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic zones, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors of supply needs in advance.
  • Initiate cleaning tasks and complete all assigned tasks by supervisors.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Provide positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers, upholding the organization's vision and values.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards, completing enrollments as needed.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Retail and/or cleaning experience is preferred.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment is also required. If you need help performing these essential functions, please contact your supervisor to discuss reasonable accommodations.

This role is based in a public retail store setting, with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work as needed. The use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies is also required.
