We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Andersen. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and conducting customer experience and business intelligence data analysis, reporting, and insights that drive better business decisions and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively recommend approaches and lead customer experience and business intelligence data analysis, reporting, and insights to drive business growth and opportunity identification.
- Develop strategic insights from analysis and research, and present findings to retail businesses, corporate partners, and management to inform decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of voice of customer systems/tools that provide value to business partners.
- Connect data sources, analysis, and insights across multiple data sources to support overall 'Know Your Customer' efforts for the organization.
- Provide work direction, coaching, and mentoring to analyst and associate analyst positions.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an analyst-related field (customer experience, marketing, sales, finance, or business intelligence).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing survey data (SPSS, Prism, Q, R, SAS, etc.), with some experience with Medallia or Qualtrics preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in sourcing or developing customer relationship management, sales management, and customer feedback tools.
- Project management experience required.
