Your Role
As part of a dynamic new business unit at Palo Alto Networks, you will contribute to the industry's first integrated Enterprise Browser and comprehensive SASE security platform, providing extensive security and compliance coverage for applications utilized by a hybrid workforce, whether they are working remotely, on the move, or in the office.
Your collaboration with sales partners will focus on building relationships with clients, aiming to assist them in identifying and thwarting advanced cyber threats by showcasing the significant advantages of Palo Alto Networks' Enterprise Browser.
Our Systems Engineers possess a profound technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions, integrations, and the critical cyber threats that challenge our prospective clients' environments.
We require these technical experts to collaborate with our sales teams, offering training and technical assistance.
Building trust with clients and teams is essential, as is establishing a strong rapport as a trusted advisor, creating an environment where clients feel secure.
Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to our product management team regarding new feature requests and product enhancements based on insights gathered from your customer interactions.
Your ContributionsAs a key player, you will:
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, collaborating with Sales Specialists and local partners.
- Identify and document specific challenges faced by prospective and current clients that can be addressed through integrated solutions.
- Design and propose validated solutions tailored to the unique challenges of each environment.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients, including Proof of Concept (PoC) and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, support, and adoption of solutions.
- Engage in continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership in relevant technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.).
- Effectively differentiate our offerings from those of our top competitors.
- Act as the customer advocate for any technical issues, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales role within large enterprise organizations.
- Extensive background in selling technical cybersecurity products, with the ability to engage in high-level technical discussions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and develop systematic solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive and ambitious attitude.
