Men's Wearhouse Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is a crucial member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in multiple-business environments. To excel in this role, you must foster a culture of customer-obsession, staying customer-ready and providing world-class service every day.
You will engage as a high-performing team member through trust, commitment, and a focus on results. Adaptability is key, as you will navigate changes to achieve expected outcomes while contributing to a healthy culture by working well with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals as trained by management.
- Encourage and participate in team selling.
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining above-average quality of sales.
- Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including compliance with brand standards.
- Help monitor store security and report any issues.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise.
- Climb ladders to reach merchandise and supplies.
- Lift arms and reach over the head to hang or take merchandise off racks.
- Operate a computer and cash register.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, you will have access to benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
