Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the RoleThe Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Team by executing various administrative and clerical responsibilities that elevate the customer experience. This entry-level position entails providing excellent customer service by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors as needed. The Sales Coordinator will also assist the Sales Team in maintaining digital and hard lot files, processing HALO requests, and preparing closing packets for Sales Managers. Additionally, they will support with CRM management, ITK schedule creation, and report generating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome, receive, and direct guests as required
  • Support with administrative and clerical duties as assigned
  • Contact Onsite Sales Consultant for customers seeking a tour with a Sales Consultant
  • Open and close welcome center per scheduled hours


Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative, accounting, or clerical work (1+ year)
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Positive, outgoing, team player attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly and multi-task efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational aptitude
  • Ingenuity/problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
