About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Pattern. As a key member of our Corporate Marketing organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing our customer marketing strategy, driving the creation and execution of strategy and tactics in partnership with product management, sales leadership, demand generation, and other marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead Pattern's customer marketing strategy, synthesizing market, competitive, analyst, and customer insights to guide product strategy and development, messaging, and sales motion.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management and Ad Strategy teams to define capabilities and how our offerings drive benefits and results for our brands.
  • Establish deeply collaborative cross-functional partnerships with leaders and colleagues across Product, Brand Management, Ad Strategy, and Marketing to enable the team and drive a consistent customer experience.
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, programs, and processes from scratch, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategy creation with delivery of results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of directly-relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A knack for navigating ambiguity and complex business models, with a proven track record of building product marketing strategies from the ground up in complex business models.
  • Experience creating customer marketing communication and promotion strategies, with a focus on translating technical details into value propositions and messaging.
  • Ability to think outside the box and not necessarily repeat what's been done before, with a proven track record of pitching new ideas that were approved and adopted by leadership.
