Job Overview
In this position, you will have the chance to engage in various tasks related to the production processes of electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

Your Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
- Interpreting diagrams and technical drawings
- Utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively
- Performing continuity checks on both in-progress and finished work
- Conducting quality inspections on the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Additionally, you may:
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specified guidelines and under simulated conditions.

Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient assembly skills
- Ability to execute procedures, processes, and work instructions
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their appropriate use
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Capability to meet production quality and quantity standards
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to learn and stay informed about product configurations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Factory Logix is preferred but not mandatory.
