Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test electronic assemblies using a variety of tools and equipment, following detailed work instructions and assembly drawings.
  • Perform functional testing of sub-systems, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including documentation of traveler and assembler performance.
  • Operate and troubleshoot production line machinery and computers, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Meet production schedules and deadlines, while maintaining high-quality products and adhering to quality standards.
  • Self-monitor workmanship and identify areas for improvement, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Understand and follow all safety requirements, as well as ISO practices and procedures, to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 or more years of experience in the electronics assembly field, including sub-system mechanical assemblies, is required.
  • ESD knowledge is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and recognize non-conformities.
  • Mechanical assembly skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior is essential for success in this role.
