About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified clinician to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team of clinicians at Los Gatos Therapy Center. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and delivering our comprehensive DBT program.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, plus benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, employee assistance program, HSA/FSA/DFSA, and 401k with a match. Our flexible work environment allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians providing DBT services.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and adherence to accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • California State licensure as a Psychotherapist or Psychologist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in leading a clinical team or department.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
