**Job Summary**

We are currently hiring for a Patient Service Representative for our Family Care NCHC office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

**Responsibilities**

The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Providing patient registration and scheduling services
  • Answering patient calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Managing patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinating with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**

Candidates for hire must complete our pre-employment processing, which includes a level two AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations.
