Key Responsibilities:
- Design optimization and cost reduction
- Process improvement and product standardization
- Planning and execution of design releases
- Verification of equipment design and identification of improvement opportunities
- Design time planning, monitoring, review, and issue resolution
- System integration design and concept development
- Stack up and budget preparation and evaluation
- Cross-functional leadership for technical tasks
- Creation and execution of test plans for system performance and issue resolution
- Root cause analysis of engineering and technical issues
- Verification and validation of designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum)
- 10-12 years of relevant experience
