Job Summary: Human Landscaping is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our 300-unit apartment community in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all apartment units, common areas, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and certifications, including EPA and CPO.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage and maintain a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
