We're seeking a highly motivated New Home Consultant to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a Welcome Home Center, working closely with customers to understand their home buying needs and processing sale agreements to close new home sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, establish relationships, and determine their home buying needs by utilizing our company's selling philosophy.
  • Process and close homes in accordance with our business plans, generating leads from various sources, including Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals, and self-prospecting.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising, and demographics.
  • Provide timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to closing and post-closing activities, maintaining accurate records of all communications during this process.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies, as well as company telephone lead generation.
  • Monitor and record daily customer traffic using our designated tracking tools and maintain the condition of the Welcome Home Center, models, and inventory homes, communicating with field and office staff to ensure maintenance issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School or GED required, college degree preferred.
  • Valid Florida Real Estate license required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.
