  • Communication: Effectively communicate necessary information between customers and factory representatives leading up to scheduled appointments, such as any delays or cancellations.
  • Training and Development: Attend meetings and actively participate in all training sessions as required to enhance performance and stay updated on company practices.
  • Sales and Service: Actively promote and sell the value of our services during customer interactions, ensuring that each encounter instills confidence in Thompson Creek.
  • Relationship Building: Provide a seamless and positive relationship with the customer, extending from installation to ongoing service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all empty user fields and input all notes during every contact.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the sales support team.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or BA/BS preferred and previous experience in sales or service; any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer Skills: Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred; ability to develop skills with SAP CRM.
