Your expertise in software development will enable you to design and implement cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless migration of file transfer operations to AWS Transfer.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Computing Innovator, you'll be responsible for:



  • Designing and implementing new features for AWS Transfer Family
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Mentoring junior engineers and engineers from non-traditional backgrounds
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a generous PTO policy. About the Location

Our team is based in the Boston Seaport office, with flexible work arrangements to ensure work-life balance. Most days, our team is co-located, but we also accommodate remote work when needed. Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:



  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:



  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
