Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Designer to join our team at Coa Solutions LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design, including baseline user and concept testing.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex tax code into clear instructions and tasks for tax filers. You will work closely with a full stack design team to develop, execute, and iterate on content design deliverables. Your expertise in creating ecosystemic mapping of complex services and designing with web and responsive user interface best practices will be invaluable in this position.

We value balance and flexibility, offering self-managed PTO, three weeks of accrued PTO, and 11 federal holidays. Our positions are remote, providing the opportunity to work from anywhere. We also offer medical, vision, and dental insurance options, as well as employer-paid life insurance.

Estimated Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
