About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Technologist Specialist to join our team at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and pedagogical support for the design and development of engaging, caring, humanizing, inclusive, and active learning experiences via various modes of delivery.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional technology and design, with experience in developing digital content for various learning management systems. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify solutions to increase interactivity of digital content and implement selected solutions for on-campus, online, and blended courses
  • Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse community of learners
  • Maintain documentation and provide technology training and support to ensure seamless integration of digital content into the learning management system
  • Support the implementation and integration of digital content within the learning management system
