  • Utilize objective-based selling techniques to meet member needs and achieve sales goals.
  • Process new memberships, account openings, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on branch and credit union processes to anticipate potential issues and communicate effectively with management.
  • Assume ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional member service, meeting or exceeding quality control standards and ensuring every member receives a 5-star experience.
  • Assist the department with projects and reports, providing suggestions to improve operations and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional member service.
