AUTOSAR Software Solutions Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking talented individuals for the role of AUTOSAR Software Solutions Architect. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in advancing projects related to Autonomous Driving, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and Active Safety Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AUTOSAR software architecture that adheres to functional safety, cybersecurity, and automotive industry standards.
  • Oversee the configuration and integration of AUTOSAR Operating Systems, Basic Software (BSW), Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL), and communication stacks for CAN and Ethernet.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to swiftly address and resolve critical development challenges.
  • Support software developers through code and design evaluations.
  • Engage in Agile software development practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Embedded or real-time software development, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in Embedded Software Architecture.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AUTOSAR components, including BSW, MCAL, and communication stack development.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and their implementation.
  • Strong programming skills in embedded C/C++.
  • Solid understanding of CAN and Ethernet protocols.
  • Experience with multicore microcontrollers, including architecture, memory management, device drivers, and debugging tools.
  • Proficient in embedded development, testing, and debugging methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with embedded microprocessors, including operating systems and communication drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in memory management and optimization techniques.
  • Background in embedded development for Radar or perception-based systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ASPICE standards.
