Data Management Responsibilities
  • Input order data into the Supply Connect system.
  • Generate production orders and maintain relevant spreadsheets.
  • Run reports and print necessary documentation.
  • Manage shipping documentation, including pick slips and manifests.
  • Coordinate shipment appointments and assist with customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain organized customer files and documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication of shipping documents to relevant parties.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred candidates will have:
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Data entry skills and familiarity with computer systems.
  • Background in the corrugated packaging industry.
Communication Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to interpret various documents and produce routine reports.
Mathematical Proficiency
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and understand ratios and percentages.
Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and resolve diverse issues with limited information.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in data entry applications and understanding production processes.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and customer requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to walk, stand, and sit, with the ability to lift weights between 15 to 45 pounds.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to various conditions, including noise and temperature variations.
