Daily Responsibilities:


Retain and expand Aon's business by nurturing relationships with top-level client decision-makers and daily client contacts.

Oversee the renewal process by assembling the right team to create and execute client-specific renewal strategies.

Collaborate with Brokers to formulate and deliver effective renewal strategies.

Facilitate essential relationships among clients, ARS, and insurers.

Ensure the client service team comprehends client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to the services provided.

Lead stewardship planning and execution.


Guarantee overall account profitability through a value-based approach concerning the scope of services and costs associated with the Client Promise Plan.

Arrange Aon compensation for services, whether fee or commission-based, accordingly.

Educate clients on risk management, risk transfer, market dynamics, and relevant trends, including appropriate benchmarking and GRIP data.

Mobilize necessary Aon resources to assist clients in exceptional situations such as significant claims, etc.


Engage others across geographic (including international), functional, and business unit boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities for business growth.

Manage invoicing and receivables processes for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.

You will guide client service teams to identify and fulfill client needs, thereby retaining and expanding a profitable book of business.

Qualifications for Success:

Must possess a minimum of 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.

Experience managing large, complex accounts.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload while maintaining attention to detail.

Critical thinking abilities with the capacity to articulate thoughts and concepts at various levels.

Proficient digital literacy, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.

Compensation Transparency:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $142,700 to $203,800 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
