Job Summary:

As a Hybrid Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and implementing payment systems, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and design payment systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payment systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

Develop and maintain documentation for payment systems, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Provide training and support to end-users on payment systems, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Payments, with a focus on medium to large clients.

Proven experience in Payments Compliance and upcoming regulations.

Strong understanding of Core Payments and/or Cards Payments (issuing, acquiring), Alternative Payment Methods, and Payments Innovation.

Experience with Payment Terminals, Digital and Omnichannel Banking, and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master and SAFe certifications.

Experience with Payment systems implementation and related organizational impacts.

Strong mix of Business and Technology skills, with exposure to operations, technology, front office, contact center, and back-office operations.
