Job Description

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Web Services and a strong understanding of business processes.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing existing system functionality, conceptualizing alternative business approaches, and developing service-oriented components to enhance the capabilities of our current agency application.

The role requires strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to elicit requirements, validate, and interpret business needs. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to determine business requirements, document existing modules and new enhancements, and perform extensive testing.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Web Development, with experience in working with Web Based and Client/Server Applications. They will also be familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and GitHub.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant with Atlassian tools. They will collaborate with internal teams to produce requirements, work with Jenkins and GitHub, and proactively monitor and report performance utilization across business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, providing expertise to customers on how to best use systems. They will also be able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product, and deliver support and design for industry-specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.

This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a virtual environment.

  • 6+ years of Enterprise Web Development experience
  • 5 years of experience in working with Web Based and Client/Server Applications
  • Experience in working with JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development practice
