Job Overview

Position: Client Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and customer service requests
  • Evaluate and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Deliver product and service details while resolving any issues
  • Coordinate repair appointments, rental vehicle arrangements, and payment processes
  • Assist in payroll submissions, prepare deposits, reconcile vendor accounts, and monitor receivables
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the repair process to effectively communicate with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to transform challenges into solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to various customer situations
  • Positive mindset and emotional intelligence to maintain composure during stressful interactions
  • Excellent listening skills to ensure customer concerns are fully understood
