Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices and contracts with vendors to ensure the best possible terms for the company.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Order Management: Process and manage purchase orders, including updating delivery dates and resolving any discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, including vendor performance and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Education: College or Technical Degree (or equivalent gained from 2+ years of Supply Chain experience)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years related Supply Chain experience, with a strong background in procurement and vendor management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, strong organizational and communication skills, and a positive, customer-focused outlook.
