Currently seeking a Logistics Support Specialist for Aspire Indiana Health.

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of health services, including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery programs, and initiatives addressing social determinants of health such as housing and employment. We serve diverse populations across multiple counties in Central Indiana.

Role Summary:

The Logistics Support Specialist will be responsible for transporting clients, organizing transportation schedules, overseeing vehicle upkeep, and managing the timely pickup, delivery, and distribution of supplies and inventory as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that complies with operational standards.
  • Experience driving a 15-passenger van or bus, along with basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure, tread wear) is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with adults who have a history of substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local streets in surrounding counties and the ability to drive in various weather conditions is essential.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds is required.
