About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within the Environmental Department at ECS Ltd, responsible for overseeing the department's continued growth and development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and a proven track record of business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of environmental technicians and project managers, ensuring the effective supervision of at least 2 full-time employees.
  • Oversee environmental services projects and report reviews, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare proposals for environmental services, highlighting the company's expertise and value proposition.
  • Manage departmental P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Assist senior staff in marketing the company's services, maintaining and developing client interactions.
  • Supervise employees and manage the department on a daily basis.
  • Prepare reports and manage projects as needed, based on departmental requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
